All hotel bookings during the Ride are handled exclusively by the Wheels of Love travel agent.
Please do NOT make arrangements directly with the hotels (except for massage reservations).
WOL accommodations range from Kibbutz Guest Houses to 4 star hotels. In choosing the accommodation we take into consideration the size of the group and the location of the accommodation in relation to the route.
Please include the name of those that you want to room with in the pre-ride questionnaire. The number of people per room varying by location (3-4 per room). We will try to put you with participants of your choice, but we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored.
On some nights, participants will be staying with participants from another route, in a nearby accommodation. However at no time will it be possible to share a room with participants from different routes.

Please note that the number of rooms for upgrading is limited. Upgraded rooms will discontinue after either the date publicized as the last date to order rooms or when all rooms are full, whichever comes first.
In the pre-ride questionnaire there will be room to tick off if you are interested in either hosting or being hosted at a home of a participant overnight or for a Shabbat meal. This will be coordinated closer to the Ride.
